Late last year and before her holiday Green MP Golritz went shopping in Scotties in Drake Street, Ponsonby.
Back in 2022, we attended the ‘Silent Massacre Iran’ demonstration at Western Park in Ponsonby. At the time I had a chat to discuss the situation with Green MP Golriz Ghahraman.
Fast forward to now - how sad I am to see Golritz’s fall from grace. I feel for her mental health but I also know how tough retailers have found the last few years. Shoplifting costs our local businesses a fortune and there is no excuse for theft.
