The team at Foodbox mainly sources locally produced products so they know where the food comes from - bringing the best of Farmers’ Markets directly to customers’ doors.
“We are the link between field and plate - this is like ‘Farmers Market in a Box’.
“Our ingredients are sourced fresh and delivered whole – generally not pre-portioned which makes us unique from some of the other meal kit deliveries in the market.
“At Foodbox we make it simple and there are no contracts to worry about, so Kiwis can enjoy seasonal creativity with chef-quality ingredients without the commitment of a long-term contract,” says Don.

Digital chef sensation ‘Andy Cooks’ is just one the many iconic names who are part of the Foodbox family, sharing their love of food and their favourite recipes so every Kiwi can channel their inner Masterchef.
NZ-born Andy Hearnden, who has amassed 1 billion views on YouTube and 4.3 million followers on TikTok, will be making exclusive recipes and his signature videos for Foodbox. He is a globally renowned chef who creates inspiring flavoursome home-cooked recipes alongside his ‘Babe’ partner Katelyn.
Customers can purchase Boxes that are fully customisable or buy individual products from the Marketplace to suit everybody’s tastes and budget, all available for delivery in Auckland.
