A team of mixologists and bartenders have established a renowned bar on Ponsonby Road, that comprises two award-winning bartenders, Barney Toy and James Millar, Bill Scott, and Bacardí’s Global Advocacy Director, Jacob Briars.
Clipper Cocktails produced and batched onsite, has launched a cocktail revolution including a range of ready-made cocktails for those who want the quality of mixed drinks from top-end bartenders.
The decision to produce ready-made cocktails in bottles was created during the first lockdown in 2020, where Clipper wanted its regular, and new, customers to continue enjoying the infamous Clipper cocktails at home.
