Lemon & Garlic Hemp Cream (Dairy Free)

This dairy free, lemon garlic hemp cream is a great tangy topper for vegetables, burgers, chili or even your favourite salad. It's vegan and gluten free and full of great nutritional benefits.

Lemon & Garlic Hemp Cream (Dairy Free)
INGREDIENTS
• 1 Cup of Wild Rivers Hemp Hearts.
• 8 Tablespoons water (add another tablespoon if you'd like it a little thinner to use as a salad dressing)
• 2 tablespoons fresh lemon or lime juice
• Clove of garlic or sprinkle garlic powder
• Ground black pepper
• Salt to taste

INSTRUCTIONS
Place all ingredients in a high speed blender, adjusting the water until desired consistency is reached. Store in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.

Chill and serve.
