The Isolist has produced a handy list of food & grocery places, who are allowed to stay open during the coronavirus lockdown
There are still alternatives to the three big supermarkets...it seems as if everything else is shut right now, there are a few other (allowed) options - places selling groceries which are either open, or delivering online orders.
