Bar Albert, Auckland's highest and premier rooftop destination, is once again teaming up with Campari to celebrate New Zealand's annual Negroni Week (21–27 September).
Kicking off from 21 September, Bar Albert is extending the festivities through to 16 October, giving cocktail enthusiasts a full month to celebrate the iconic Italian aperitivo.
Central to the celebration are four Campari Negroni Specials, each $25:
Classic Negroni — Gin, Campari, Sweet Vermouth
Mezcal Negroni — Mezcal, Campari, Sweet Vermouth
Strawberry Sbagliato —Strawberry-infused Campari, Sweet Vermouth, prosecco
French Negroni — Pampelle, Lillet Blanc, Campari
For those settling in for the full experience, the Bitter Pair offers an Antipasto Platter with two Negronis for $65 which includes a generous selection of cured meats, marinated cheese, artisan breads, nduja, stuffed bell peppers and pickles, perfectly matched to Campari's bitter-sweet profile.
