Breaking away from the stereotype of bold Australian reds, Taylors Estate Syrah 2024 is a lighter, more refined red wine designed for modern entertaining.
Hailing from the Adelaide Hills, a cooler climate region in Australia traditionally known for white varietals and Pinot Noir, this Syrah delivers a distinctive regional expression. Slower-ripening grapes deliver vibrant raspberry and strawberry flavours, subtle spice, a hint of cinnamon and cloves, and soft creamy oak, culminating in a long, elegant finish.
While Syrah and Shiraz come from the same grape, the naming signals a stylistic shift: Syrah is more elegant and refined, while Shiraz tends to be bolder and heavier in style.
