This brand new technology offers local residents personalised, efficient workouts in as little as 22 minutes. From the moment you log in, the Biostrength equipment recognises who you are, tracks your progress, and automatically adjusts each machine to suit your strength and goals. This guided approach is designed to make fitness safe, simple and motivating for everyone, especially beginners and older adults who want extra support.
