A croffle is a pastry which combines a croissant - the dough is rolled and baked in a waffle iron, resulting in a pastry that's crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside. Croffles are similar in thickness to a waffle, but are lighter and airier. They were first popularized in Seoul, Korea and now available in the heart of the strip.
