Messini Palace (Ngati Apakura) is a contemporary visual Toi Māori artist based in Tāmaki Makaurau.
Predominantly a cast artist blending traditional whakairo rakau (carving) design and a Fluro colour palette, Messinis pieces have a familiar yet urban edgy appeal.
This Matariki exhibition 'Te Kore' will have wall art, small sculpture, one of a kind furniture, limited edition pieces and jewellery.
Join Messini on opening night, Thursday 12 June from 6pm-9.30pm or pop in during the following week closing Thursday 19 June 3pm.
