Taylors St. Andrews Shiraz is a rich, full-bodied wine that showcases the best of the Clare Valley terroir. At release, the wine boasts a concentrated ruby red colour with a dark purple hue. The nose is complex with concentrated aromas of violets, dark plum, and liquorice, with the added complexity of creamy American oak.

The voluptuous and well-balanced palate has layers of flavour and excellent mid-palate expression. Fresh red berry fruits are complemented by mocha and vanilla spice, while the long, persistent finish leaves a lasting impression. The wine was fermented in headless American oak barrels and aged for 18 months, resulting in an elegant finish.

Taylors St. Andrews Shiraz has been crafted for immediate enjoyment but will cellar over a long term under ideal conditions.
