It's no surprise that Foxtrot Parlour is owned by Tara Brogan. Her attention to detail is always exceptional, and from the food to the coffee to the staff Foxtrot is pretty damn flawless. No longer a secret are its famous injectable doughnuts and, of course, the bulging cabinet of home-baked delights. It offers Supreme coffee, or try the now much copied green smoothie - kiwifruit, mint and spinach.
