Tell us a bit about yourself?
I'm the proud founder at skin by chelsea, i have worked in the skin care industry for 12 years and can never see myself doing anything else. Seeing my clients happy, relaxed and sometimes sleepy faces after a treatment with me is the best perk of my job. I believe knowledge is power and I have been privileged to work under some incredible mentors in my career. I am grateful to pass on all my collected wisdom into my clients to achieve confidence in their own skin.
Which products do you use?
The products I use in my treatments are mostly made by me. The makeup remover, toners, masks, moisturisers and massage mediums are all hand blended by me so you can guarantee there are no preservatives or unnecessary ingredients going into your skin. I've tried to highlight the beauty of bespoke skincare and take time to understand my clients' individual concerns. For my retail products and a few more Cosmeceutical ingredients used for infusing into the skin to treat stronger concerns I use the Australian made Biologi. This range is 100% natural, 100% active and 100% safe from any nasties for your skin or the environment. I personally use their BD, BK and BF serums in my own skin care routine and have found fantastic results on my clients too.
What sort of treatments are on offer?
There is no endless menu with me, I only provide a completely custom experience. I've given my clients the choice of if they want a more massage-based facial or technology to enhance their treatment and the choice of 60 minutes or 90 minutes. My most popular treatment is the 90-minute TECH FACIAL, where they receive a deep cleanse with microsonic energy, a gentle exfoliation, a custom blended mask, LED light therapy, treatment serum infusion with microcurrent with a relaxing lymphatic massage leaving the skin refreshed and sculpted.
