Some residents have put up signs today all along the fence infront of this much loved local library.
Friends of the Leys' spokesperson Helen Geary told Ponsonby News, "Our group is speaking to the Waitemata Local Board in a deputation, but unfortunately due to Covid, it’s an online meeting. This is crunch time to find out whether council will support the Local Board with funds to upgrade, and what timeframe is involved."
